My previous doctor closed their practice. I started reaching out to multiple doctors’ offices for one that could accompany my work travel. They told me I would have to come in once a year to continue to get my meds refilled. I showed up in they put me with Dr. Lersch. I sat in the room for an hour and a half before a doctor finally came in. She did her thing and at the end she said I would have to return every three months to get my prescription filled. I explained what her office had told me before I made the appointment and she said that is too bad she could only fill for 3 months, and I would have to come back. I did not schedule an appointment at that time because I do not know where I will be working at that time. I called their office trying to get my prescription filled that I have been on for years and since I count on looking for a new doctor, she refused to fill it. This is a controlled substance that she intentionally let me run out of because I would schedule another appointment in 3 months with her. She put me through withdraws, depression, and suicidal thoughts. They just sent me a bill and a discharge letter without even doing anything for me. Do not support this business.
