On 2/24/23 I was contacted by telephone from a representative stating the they were from rci and that I had 6 RCI weeks that I could sell before they expire and that all i had to do was pay 299.00 per week which totaled 1794.00 and that i would get a check or direct deposit into my acct of 9,000.00 dollars and that I would receive this within 60-90 days turnaround timeframe. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue and still have not gotten any resolution. I have asked for my money to be refunded as they have not fullfilled their side of the obligation and was told they would not refund my money and if I were to dispute it I would lose. I feel this company takes advantage of consumers and preys on consumers while they are on vacation. I feel that this company is a scam and they should be shut down. I am looking to get resolution of either to get my money back or get the 9,000.00 dollars I was promised or get the refund of the 1794.00 I paid as no services have been rendered.I have yet to see any kind of adverstisement of the selling of my weeks. I have contacted RCI and they have stated this is a fraud/Scam going around and that none of my RCI weeks expire. I also talked to Patrick S******* in Feburary and he told me that he would keep in contact with me and that I could call him any time at ************ extension *** but that has yet to happen. I have called and asked to speak to him directly since he is the Director of Operations but has been told he is not available or I can not speak to him anymore. I was LIed to and deceived out of my hard earned money. This Company needs to be stopped. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I spoke to Mr. Anthony M***** regarding the rental property via International Club Resort. I told him that I have already signed a contract with the Advance Travel Network. Mr. M***** stated that they are not part of the ICR network and that is a fraudulent activity; thus, he would close it down and would refund me the $1200 I paid. He gave me his direct line phone number and told me that when I sign with IRC for rental services everything will be taken care of. I paid another $1400 to rent the vacation property on 17 January 2023. He said in the voice message that I would receive a call from them within 60 days, not longer than 90 days. When the 90 days passed, I called the direct line (work phone) he gave me. I was told that I need to call a ctomer service. I called again and I was told that he was in the meeting. Upon calling a customer service, I was not given any answer to why no one called me as promised. Nothing he said was fulfilled. I haven’t received $1200 back, nor have I been called or informed about the progress. I request a refund from Mr. Anthony M*****.

January 24, 2023 I was approached by International Resort Club sales rep about renting property through them. I paid $2,100 with the promise from them that they would have it rented in 90 days or they would refund me the $2,100. They said there are many business that would like to rent the property for their traveling employees. Paperwork was exchanged and they never reach out to me again to follow up. I reached out to them to follow up 15 days ago and they are not following through with their part of the agreement. After a run around to different departments one of their agents informed me that they would be extending things out until June 28th. This was not what was discussed. They are refusing to refund as they promised and are not following through with their part of the agreement. This company will promise and not deliver and take peoples money. I want my money back and their actions reported against them.

On 8/23/22 I received a call about investing and have yet to get the promised return despite talking to them multiple times and calling even more times to only be left on hold and eventually hung up on or being sent to voicemail if I can't receive my promised amount my investment being returned in also acceptable for the total of $2195.00 I spoke with a Patrick S***** at the time of the investment and he was supposed to be my broker.
