  • They got my credit card number and charged me 30.00 that I did not authorize.
  • On November 22, 2019, my wife and I attendended a presentation by representatives of Nationwide. The presentation was about cancelling our timeshare ownership. It was said in the prsentation that if Nationwide did not get our timeshare cancelled within 180 days , our money would be refunded. I was surprised when in the spring of 2020, I received a request for 1200 dollars from Timeshares For Less for transfer of deeds court costs filing fees and miscellaneous. I sent the 1200 to them but did not understand why Nationwide was not doing the cancellation themself. Actually, Nationwide assigned Timeshares For Less to resedll the property. Now when I sent a sales contract to Westgate in May of this year, they exercised right of first refussal and requested all papers I had concerning the sale of theproperty including any third party contract. I complied with Westgates request. I didnt hear from Westgate until October I calle them and a person named ****** saidthey would accept the sale. I still didnt hear anything until I called again on the first part of November, at which time the representative said they sent papers in October but I never received them. To my surprise, I received right of refusal dated October 6 that Westgate is taking back the property themselves and to remit 4010 dollars. In summary I have asked Nationwide for a refund. Timeshares For Less said that I would not get a refund because they told me not to tell Westgate that I was working with a third party. Person called dawn told me this after I told them I sent requested papers to Westgate. I talked to a lady? called ******* today and she said that she talked to me in January 2020 and May 2020. I explicitly deny this. In closing I feel that Nationwide and Timeshares For Less are working underhanded inasking clients to lie to their timeshare company. I woul really like to see Nationwide barred from doing business in Texas.
  • I am writing this complain on behalf of my mother who is 84 years old. Around January she agreed to pay 9,800+ dls to Nationwide Settlement Services, with the agreement that they will help get rid of time share that she can not afford. We have tried every which way to get rid of it, with no avail. We've tried to contact the resort it self, nothing, she can not find any solution. Now she is getting another bill from time share cures, who said they got my mothers referral from Nationwide Settlement Services the bill is for 1300. My mother can not paid any more, Can some one please help her, she is an older woman with not much money. This seems to be elderly abuse, they took advantage of an old woman. If the company can not help her please give her money back. Thank you..
  • On May 4, 2019, I signed an agreement to terminate my timeshare & paid $6695. At which time a letter was mailed to me stating after much consideration their office chose KMS Group to complete my timeshare termination. This decision was made without my consent. A checklist for documents needed by KMS Group was also in the letter I received. At which time I reached out to KMS Group & spoke to Kylie to go over everything needed to avoid any interruptions in moving this process along as quick as possible. On November 11, 2019, the business relationship between me & KMS Group would cease as my case was turned over to another company, Orlando Ventures. Once again not what I consented too. Neither of the previous parties notified me. Too date I am not out of my timeshare . I have sent certified letters requesting a refund as well as contacted an attorney. I can send agreement & other supporting documents via fax as I don't have a working scanner. Kindly advise
  • My parents were lied to and signed a contract with Nationwide Settlement Solutions based on these lies. When we contacted them within the 3 business day window to cancel, we were informed they would be keeping 15% of the money they already charged on the credit card as a "merchant fee". Merchant's do NOT charge 15%. My parents are 80 and 82 years old, and were told that if they did not sign with NSS's to get out of their Time Share it would be a costly burden to their children. If they did not pay the maintenance fee's, the Resort would take their house. They charged them $6,345, and when cancelled, kept $951.75. They say this process takes months. I called the resort directly, and they will do a deed back process, which will cost my parents all in $1948.00, and it will take about a month. They were lied to on several fronts. With a 3 day cancellation policy in place, they should not have charged their CC until the 3 days were up. We want a FULL 100% refund from this company!
  • I have a timeshare trying to get out of it ,it's been 5 people that quit,to solve this my credit is getting messed up,they just give me letters to contact the company, they just sending me bills that ,the amount is not right .they put their own amount in , this been going for almost 3 years,I know we in a crisis, but someone need to contact at least once a week,I payed a goid amount up front, other company said it should take this long .This is not 100%
  • This company said they would get me out of a timeshare. On 1/17/16 I paid them $7,995.00 and they promised to get me out of the timeshare. I am still waiting and haven't heard anything from them in a few years. The contract I signed states: " RSN/We understand that Nationwide Settlement Solutions guarantees that the above contract will be cancelled or any monies paid to Nationwide Settlement Solutions will be refunded." To date I have not heard that they got me out of the timeshare nor have they refunded my monies. I have been waiting for them to do something. I understand that they did change Attorneys. I am no longer with the Credit Card Company that I paid from, so please any refund should be mailed to me.
  • This company promised to eliminate my Timeshares in six months for a fee or a full refund would be returned. 15 months have past and there is no sign of completion. After, nine months had past they which to another third party company. I have provided all information requested from me and they have not delivered anything. One timeshare company presented an elimination payoff quote in February 2020. I asked the company to settle with them as the quote was much less than the amount collected to terminate this timeshare agreement. They agreed, but as of this day they have not done so. I have asked for any proof that they have attempted to terminate my timeshare contracts and nothing has been provided. They continue to state the time could be longer than the six months I was quoted, possibly 12- 18 months. That is not stated in the contract. If I was told that from the beginning I would not have signed a contract with them.
  • On January 2, 2020 I was charged $30.00 for reseverations to a presentation at the ****** **** ** ****** ***** in Cedar Rapids Iowa. Both husband and wife were required to attend. After the reservation was made, I discovered that my wife was scheduled to work the day of the presentation. I call on January 7 to cancel the reservation. I called again on January 9th. On January 13, I received a call back from the company, and they said they were refund the $30.00. I am still waiting for the refund.
