Priority Vacations led me to believe that with a deposit as said amount, I would receive $7200.00 in return for using my time share. Originally, (recording available upon request), I was to receive said payment on Dec. 1, 2023. When I contacted them they claimed that the written contract stated 60 to 90 days before the payment of $7200.00 would be forwarded to my account, in which they had already deducted the initial down payment of $1997.00 in October of 2023. I contacted them on 12/28/2023 and was told that they had a 1 year contract to make me whole. I have voice recordings that says otherwise. I expected these funds to arrive 12/01/2023. This business has ruined my Family's Christmas and upcoming events in ****. I am asking for $50000.00 to make me whole and for their negligence of a verbal contract. Every time I contact them, they put new restrictions on me to collect the agreement amount of $7200.00.
