- After my timeshare wasnt sold in over a year I started looking to see if it was just me, come to find out I was one of many they have mislead. They have multiple phone numbers (examples 877-815-4227, 877-884-9577, 855-849-2025) that keep changing to hide from people, a bunch of name changes (examples SMTN, Vacation Ownership, Vacation Rentals just to name a few) Be careful and smart not to fall for false promises.
- Sell my timeshare now- promises to sell your timeshare. After you give them your money, you never hear back from them. I have lowered our timeshare to the lowest amount and they still havent sold it. ALMOST A YEAR NOW!
- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This is a scam! They tried to get us to pay their entire fee upfront but I was able to get them to accept half so I wasnt out the entire thing, still out $999. All they did was post my timeshare for sale on THEIR site. Was told please list with us we need the inventory. Come to find out there are over 2 million postings on their site. There were hundreds listed for our resort, same amount of points for as little as $1. Once we signed their contract and paid we never heard from them again. After a good 30 days past i called to check status and took 2 days to get back to me. Kept posting for 60 days and no hits. Spoke with someone today which was very rude and just said you are past your 10 days there is nothing more we can do. I wish I did more research before committing so just want to warn everyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
- Told us they had buyers waiting and gave us and estimated sale price. Never once got an offer that was even a fraction of the amount they said. Flat our Liars. Basically $1.5K thrown out the window.
- In June of 2015 I paid $1,598.00 to this company to list my timeshare for sale. I was informed that they actually have buyers waiting and I should list the timeshare near the upper end. ($17,500.00) I listed for less. Since then (almost 3 Years later) I have lowered my price 4 times. Still Nothing. Last year I printed out all of the listings in my group so I could keep track of any sales. Only 1 has been removed. The other 21 units are still there with some having price drops like i have been doing. In the beginning when you first call to get information on listing your unit, they tell you that they advertise all over the place so the units sell quickly (within months) This is not the case. I have spoke with many employees there and the only suggestion they make is to lower your price. They keep collecting money from new listings & making promises they cannot keep and not 1 person has been able to tell me where besides the website that they advertise.
