They charge you $2300 to rent out your timeshare and never actually do. They then told me they would refund in a certain timeframe and never did. This is just an endless scheme where you will never get money back.

I was suckered into paying $2394 and they told me if they weren't able to sell my time.Shares within a 180 day period they would give me my money back now.They are telling **** have to do another 180 day period and it will continue to do a 180 day period until they can finally sell it.And they're never trying to sell it.They just kept my money.

Top Travel Locations called me on 12/28/2024 requesting to allow them to rent out my unused Interval timeshare weeks. They said the help cooperation with convention find accommodations. I ageed, signed a contract and charges my account $2,994.00 on 12/30/2025. The said I will have a return within 180 day, no later than April for sure. On 5/7/2025 I called after not hearing anything. They said they had offers coming in the next 2 weeks, and will call me very soon. On 5/19/2025 @10:15a.m., they called me with the three offers for 3 different dates, asking me to call Interval to confirm the dates, then sign the acceptance agreement. In calling Interval they informed me that I had been scammed. They said they never work with 3rd parties to rent properties, in fact they do not allow outside renter. They also said that's it's been happening with other Interval renters. **** with Top Travel said she didn't know why Interval would say that, because they do have good relations with them and they are licensed. Also, because on one of the date they wanted was available, they would have to keep looking. This company needed all the date. Please put a stop to them.

I have contract copies but the file was too big. Top travel contacted me to rent getaway weeks I am given by **********************, which I never use. They said I had to pay $3k now for transfer fees and ads but I would get $1,200 per week and I have 6 weeks within 180 days. Looked legit. They had people answering calls, contracts etc. Bookings were supposed to be for spring brea. First suspicion was when I got first dates 03/14. Not one resort requested had space and check in dates were off. I called Interval and they told me it was a scam and nothing would ever be rented. I googled it and did find another person who had had the same experience. I called and told them I wanted my money back and I was reporting them as a scam. They said they would send new booking request asap. Nothing came. I asked my credit card to investigate, and they credited me. I then got a call from **** ****** the Senior Director at Top Travel because of the credit card reversal. I did not call back.
