The services are performed through widespread publicity including but not limited to the internet, print advertising in major travel magazines, and with the Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Services are similar to craigslist or facebook marketplace except the main focus being vacation condo ownership. Customers utilize the service as a “Billboard” per se for what they want to promote. Customers reserve the right to use alternative promotional campaign services or brokerages. Offers are made directly to the customer through their personalized AD via email or post mail.

The address that is on the business profile for U Destinations is in fact the satellite office. All mail is sent to this address. However due to COVID19, the office is practicing within the recommended guidelines of the CDC and the employees are working remotely. With that being said, everything is completely paperless. All correspondence is done VIA email as a primary point of contact. Upon registration, each client receives a copy of their individual AD.
