Forced to inadequate room to get away from bugs. We booked a king size bed on October 25th, and had to wait well past checkin time to get a room. The room had ants, gnats, and other bugs in it. We called the front desk, and they said they only had a room with a double bed, which is too small, but we had no choice. I would have went to a different hotel, but it was midnight, so again I had no choice. When asked about a refund, I was told there was no record of our bug problem. You cannot move someone to a different room, without some record of it.
